The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training Certification program is a basic-level Six Sigma program. Generally, Green Belt Program includes one project on Six Sigma and a thorough study of DMAIC methodology. GB course is meant for those professionals who wish their ad-hoc support or assistance to Black Belts. Even one can drive his small improvements project on Six Sigma and be able to use statistical software like Minitab.

The Green Belt program @ STZ is an evolved training program that focuses on understanding the implementation part rather than just theoretical concepts. We believe in learning by doing with practicing and not in a whiteboard-based rote education. Our consultants work with participants so that they can understand and get hands-on experience with the tools and Minitab software.

To support the above, our program design is such that the training process is based on a lot of hands-on practice. We train our participants on the DMAIC methodology and our program is designed such that the participant is mandated to complete both the project and theory sections together. Upon completion of both, the trainer shall commence the training program of the next phase. It is a phase-wise progression program at STZ.

Our GB program is 60 hours program comprise of a 40-hour classroom/online training program with 20-hour Instructor led Support on DMAIC Body of Knowledge with Project Support as well as Minitab Training. Classes can be taken in the multiple of 2 hours i.e. the class duration could be of 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 hours long in a day. We work 6 days a week and the participant can choose their class time based on their availability. It is observed that working professional takes their classes on Weekends rather than on Weekdays. So, to facilitate them we are working fully functional on Saturday and Sunday.
