Sigma Tech Zone team just has implemented ISO 9001: 2015 in a big Pharmaceutical company in Pune, Maharashtra. Our client was a drug manufacturer. We are helping in creating all sorts of documents required for ISO 9001 which includes creating of SOP’s for all sections of the organization comprise of policies, objectives, and responsibilities with their flowcharts. Creating procedures for their maintenance, updating system, storage, shredding, and retrieval system is of their great value. Providing training to the steering committee and core working group members was a great experience for our team.
