Lean Training

Lean training and Value Stream Mapping project is being successfully completed in a large manufacturing unit in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. Manufacturers of large API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) with their four manufacturing units had undergone with an exhaustive process of re-engineering work. Sigma Tech Zone had successfully completed the project with huge savings. Handling such a large project and stationing the STZ team for 3 months on the campus was a great experience for our team members. This was an exceptionally great delivery to our valuable clients.
