This is a 60 hours training program offered online and offline for individuals who have already been certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and are proficient in implementing Green & Black Belt Projects using Six Sigma DMAIC or DMADV methodology. One has to submit three Black Belt Projects with an affidavit to declare his project work for being certified as a Master Balck Belt. This course covers advanced statistical six sigma techniques beyond the general Black Belt course. The course is spread over 60 hours program comprise of 50 hours of Training with 10 hours of Instructors Support.
