The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training Certification program is an extensive conceptual and practical approach to Six Sigma DMAIC methodology for today’s industry requirement. This course is meant for those professionals who wish for a full-time carrier in the Process Excellence or Quality domain.

The certificate of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program will be awarded to those who will complete the following two things:

1. Completed and submitted the two Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
2. Have cleared the online/offline exam with a score greater than or equal to 70% marks of the test results.

Our Black Belt program is a 95-hour program comprised of 60-hour online or offline training with 15 hours of project support and 10 Instructor's support on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge (BOK) with 10 hours of Minitab software training. Classes can be taken in the multiple of 2 hours i.e. the class duration can be 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 hours long in a day. We work 6 days a week and the participant can choose the class time based on their availability. It is observed that working professional takes their classes on Weekend rather than Weekday. So, to facilitate them we are working fully functional on Saturday and Sunday.
